History
The idea to set up a vivid Amorgos Island Online Magazine came up between Mihalis (Agios Pavlos Studios, Amorgos) and Nicola and Erwin Werdenigg (edelwiser ski, Vienna) during a nice stay on Amorgos in May 2010. The concept is technically based on the open-source WordPress framework and the theme Atahualpa.
Solidarity & Contribution
Basic website setup, design, hosting services and publishing assistance is done by Nicola and Erwin without any fees to express solidarity with the current economic situation of our European neighbours in Greece. From this point of view at least, it is a non-commercial project. Meanwhile the magazine was able to attract a number of contributing authors and and aquires a lot of credit within the community of travellers and island people.
We are open to any kind of contribution from YOU to improve helpful, reliable and entertaining informations about Amorgos Island.
